I know one reason, Dr NP said on one interview that FDA gave them a dose for combo 700 mg , and asked for few more documents , they are preparing them now. ...
We don't know how many and how detail documents they need to prepare .
One thing I hope that final approval will be faster since FDA checking so carefully now ...
