I would have other priorities, esp. if our IP is colleteral:
1. our cancer trial is not so expensive and will continue under almost all circumstances I quess, I asume the same for the potential Basket Trial.
2. using funds for the monthly requests of the Note Holder, to pay cash instead of shares
3. make sure, we have sufficent financials till revenue comes in, even in the case of a launch delay, what I not expect
4. Graft versus Host, as the low hanging fruit (I think its not that expensive)
I would not mind, to wait for mono trial to start another 6 month. To play it more safe. The question for me, does the HIV trial(s) have to continue after the BLA is submitted? Maybe to keep the upcoming pivotal mono shorter and support with data? If so than I agree to start mono as soon as possible and shut down the old HIV trials. If not, I wouldnt mind to delay it till we are financial stable.
Nash is the only indication, which I would like to see partnered. The trials are just too long and expensive I believe. We should use that funds for other things.
How would the next steps in a Nash trial look like, TechGuru, and what would it cost? Above just came to my mind, but If I see something wrong, feel free to correct me.
