Interesting email back. I was asking for an update on news and the PR’d vote see response below.

Sorry, but we do know that the NOBO list was pulled and there are currently only 2,365 beneficial holders, so voting should not be hard to tabulate once completed. They are working on the date of the vote still based on Broadridge Financial Solutions availability to process. As one can imagine, the first of the year is a common time for these kinds of events so we have to get in queue.
