I suspect we'll have to let the SEC and Atty Heim do their thing to "untangle" this mess.
In the meantime let's get the S-1 processed. Hopefully this situation has no impact with the SEC's review or future big investor. Generex would be well served to let us know the 40M investor(s) is/are up to speed and is still interested. Knowing the money is coming would be a confidence booster.
S-1 was filed on 12/12 so we should get an update before long.
