Let’s assume if gnbt now has to pay dividends on all outstanding shares...that’s 20 million shares of gnbt shares and 20 million shares of ngio shares in dividend.

If gnbt only has to pay dividends to retail investors, that’s 10 million shares of gnbt and 10 million shares of ngio.

Instead of dragging this out, maybe should just pay everyone now and put all this behind us and move on to executing business plans...I know this sucks but dragging this on is probably worse...what do you guys think?

If gnbt starts delivering - spinning out ngio by end of January...then PPS should take care of itself...just my 2 cents...thoughts?
