Yep. Hard to say. The timing is very interesting. The web site and PR. Post here and within a very short time on YMB. Isn't a coincidence for sure.
Short term,what matters is how Generex handles the call tomorrow. I need some detail on this matter but what is most important is Generex getting business on track.
CM is still a shareholder and as such, seemingly would want Generex to succeed. Whatever value of those shares and possibly future dividend they MAY be entitled depends to a degree in this matter getting rectified. With the SEC involved, there is a possibility the matter may be out of Generex's and CM's hands.
Hey Generex, continually missing deadlines does have ramifications in the business world. Especially for a public company.
