“No no no what they did was they caused and effected us to postpone the dividend throwing it all off, allowing funds to then start converting making the 1/1 dividend impossible because we would end up with 90 million shares out instead of the 69 million I promised, you can not cause and effect a major problem like this and expect the terms to be the same it’s like a fund that would do something to cause a default in their favor no judge on the planet as well as the sec would buy”
