Why is any site in NYS even an issue as the site for this waste management process is in Utah? Shouldn't nulixo have a site already established with Heddle moving the processor, tanks, piping, and associated machinery to Nulixo's site?
Seems counter productive to rebuild a NYS site that may never be used. If it is a site to demonstrate capabilities Heddle should have gotten that up and running years ago. Seems very odd to me.
