I can't see that ACS will remain committed to buying the patent if the new patents demonstrate a great improvement on the current suite of software offerings. Why would they buy patents to obsolete IP?

I'm actually not even sure why Protect and Mobile are still being sold as Crypto is a much better product, it seems. Maybe it's a cost thing, if you don't need Mobile then Protect is less expensive as a stand alone.

A lot is up in the air, but with 3B shares now at large, I hope things are soon resolved.
