I believe the dividend shares were based on the planned total shares of GNBT/NGIO. The GNBT 1:1 shares were reduced because of the initial CMF fiasco. I think the 2:5 NGIO were calculated for liquidity and an extra for the longterms !!! The CMO/VENETO scam cost us 3:5 GNBT !!! If they have any shares left they should be cancelled and added to our dividend !!!
