It's about the wrecks, not the specs. To date Tinkerbell 2.0 is lacking.
Now Kyle said "it blew my mind at what it was capable of doing". That was back over 4 months ago in the 9/4 paid promo. He went on to say they could go to Italy, for example, and tell them where treasure was buried "within a 1/2 inch."
Maybe it only works in Italian water. 70 plus days ago we were told it was onsite, and another was in production, yet no wreck or silver and gold.

You need wrecks for WORLD DOMINATION, which according to Ware is currently underway. Like The Beaver, Ware isn't a scientist.
