The 6 new deals Mark has recently announced (three officially with PRs - 1 PCI, DSS and hospitality, and two more - 1 PCI and one bank about to be announced).
They wouldn't go through the trouble of getting new patents if they aren't going to defend them (and the old patents as well. Once Congress reforms Alice 101).
