That’s because it has happened yet. The same thing occurred when NP announced the NBA and said a deal is in the future, the SP went lower (although the SP is not decreasing at this time). Investors want hard facts via PRs, not hopeful statements in videos. I appreciate NP’s willingness to share updates via videos and interviews, but PRs are what bring in new $.
