I believe that due to the extension, ACS will pay $10 M if they do not pay by 9/20, and $11 M if they extend one year beyond that. However, if the profits are such that only 20% will put us “in the black by August”, then ACS has 80% of those profits and should be sufficient to pay.... that alone would resolve more than 60% of the debt.... if I understand correctly....
