Take it as a learning experience for future trading of OTC stocks. Bill did what 95% of OTC CEOs do when their "companies" have the greatest potential. He milked the ticker as much as possible with news when the ticker turned bearish.
Sad but true.
He doesn't need to maintain TPAC anymore.
SEC filings would save TPAC. Everyone needs to ask Bill when will there be current SEC filings?
Otherwise, we will wait all 2020 for the SEC suspension to come.
