I don't think by law they can ask for regular payment during study , just very small for medicine , but I don' think they will mind , lets just 50-60 patient with cancers and no other option in treatment , start to get better ,,,,( I know all will not be a candidate )

All will be worth ...from all sides , humanitarian , and financial at the end...
