Well I would say by the lack of payments received from ACS so far they don't have the 9 million dollars to pay us for our IP. Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I thought I read here by someone who posted the details of our agreement with ACS that until they do pay us that 9+ million they owe us 20% of revenues paid and after they buy SFOR IP it lowers to 15% "royalties" Now that they will have very large revenues coming in on deals they have been working on for over 3 years they will pay sooner than later because it's in their best interests and will only be costing themselves more money the longer they wait to buy it. That's my take on it
