but not always and not always big difference ...
Few years ago , my first cousin who lived in Kiev , Ukraine , developed Leukemia , ( probably because of Charnobyl , Kiev is about 60 km away , his sister developed thyroid cancer , and my aunt , their mother still another cancer )
There was new medicine at this time approved in USA for his type of leukemia .
We looked at prices , here in USA it was about 6,000.00 a month ,
he decided to buy in Moscow , Russia , it was about 5,500.00 or 5,400.00 a month ..
Less , but not big difference..
