SJ , If I understood well , self injection by patients during studies ...
I don't think it is possible , at least when I was working , any injection during study must be handle by professionals doing study , or otherwise other professional approved by them , but never a patient.
Company must know that treatment was done properly for any results to be accurate in the study , and patients will not inject them self...
I honestly don't think that this rule changed...
They know that medicine will be approved soon , so patients need to learn .. ( SC injection is very easy )... but I be in shock if they let patients to do self injection during study...
Patient who is more heavy could inject into fat tissue , and absorption will be very poor , no . I don't see this happening ...
But only IMO as always...
