Dr. Dalton will drop the hammer when he has EVERYTHING in order! I believe he is still working on establishing few more contracts, logistics, and BOD. At my job, it took me over 6 months to finalize an $18 million dollar contract with a subcontractor and a year and a half for a $28 million dollar contract with another. I can tell you that if one contract falls through, it’s likely he has two better options in the works. I am sure that a man like him has connections lining up, as professionals with his kind of experience usually do. He is a CEO who refers to long share holders as family, and his daughter and wife are prime examples of how he treats his family. He obviously loves them and would do anything for them. He was recorded on film at the Hope Conference telling young entrepreneurs to buy his stock. He would not take advantage of people who are out in the world trying to make something of themselves. He is also a veteran and very compassionate about his fellow vets. He knows many of his share holders are veterans and would not play on that to take advantage of them. This is a man of honor, compassion, and hard work.
Some of these board members have been here doing their own research and communicating with Dalton for years. They are very bright and talented, and when they connected the dots they couldn’t help but share their excitement. That is how I found this stock years ago. This same group of investors has put too much pressure on themselves trying to figure out a timeline for friends, family, and other investors. Dr. Dalton has eluded to the timeline in metaphors and words like “soon” that cannot be measured. I agree that Dr. Dalton may have fed into it a bit with vague tweets, which is frustrating, but I think it was only due to his very own excitement.
Dr. Dalton has had historical success within the pharmaceutical industry, therefor I trust in him to navigate through this uncharted territory. Do I want Dr. Dalton to give us an update/PR/filings - YES of course. But Then again do I fully understand why he has not yet - No. This stock is potentially Dr. Daltons life work all rolled into one Conglomerate and it must be perfect. I imagine, since he reads this board, he knows that we are all begging and expecting him to give us a real update in an official PR, or official filings, or official anything and even though I do agree, I do not know the true reason he has not yet done so.
If as shareholders we stick to facts, work together, try not to over speculate, and do not create dates from vague tweets we will be much better off. There must be very good reasons for this as I am sure he hates watching the PPS sink with his family of shareholders hard earned money. I for one am holding strong, and I believe the smart ones will be doing the same. In reality we have no idea when Dr. Dalton will drop the news, but I believe Dr. Dalton will do something official soon to ensure shareholders as we were there when he needed us most. I for one couldn’t live with myself if I sold and missed this opportunity.
