No offense, Doc, but I "thumbs downed" your reverse split post in good humor : )
I would rather see dilution to complete the S-1 and get the capital than playing with the share price. If it's a choice between an inability to raise the capital (NGIO can't spin), a reverse split, and dilution, I'd rather see Joe get the S-1 approved at a reasonable price, the SP rise due to the "light at the end of the tunnel" effect, and we move forward.
If we RS 1:5, what happens if we drop a bit? We'd have to do 1:7 or something, don't you think?
Anything to get us unstuck from the mud at this point.
