Someone please correct me if I am wrong, because thinking about this really frustrates me a bit.
The first time that we were supposed to get the dividend, we didn't because it would have affected the NASDAQ listing. The only problem with that was that there was no way the listing was going to happen, because the financials were never there.
Generex should have just went ahead and gave out the dividend the first time and everything would have played out ok, and perhaps we might not be in as bad as a mess as we are now.
