He may have had other offers, but I doubt they were multiples of GNBT's (or he would have settled for another package) or 10-figures. I'm not trying to nitpick. My feeling is just that AltuCell doesn't provide a big, near-term boost to GNBT share price without funding that would come from the S-1.
