The last NT 10-Q stated:
"The results of operations for the quarter ending September 30, 2019, will reflect the acquisition of ECS Labs LLC and its two wholly owned subsidiaries. A reasonable estimate of the anticipated change cannot be made as the financial statements are not yet complete."
this late you have to wonder how soon the financial statements will be done?
Caused us to drop to the Pinks and weaken the stock price. Holding on as their pipeline looks very rosy for 2020 and beyond.
