The new date still has to do with the Form 10 registration b/c of them wanting to discuss it. Realistically the Form 10, as i've stated many times, needs to be filed this month to avoid staleness if they do not have the 3rd qtr audited. Which as we know, we have zero clue what's been audited this year for the Form 10.
Also, how in TF did they spend almost 90k for an audit and S1 registration!?!?!?!?! Something seems way off on this. No reason whatsoever for that and I do not understand how management CONTINUES to blow money when they have ZERO money to begin with.
And lastly, it seems that MyFlix is seeming more and more like something that will not happen this year. I say that due to their last filing mentioning that the SUMMER 2020 consumer launch date is under review due YET again to tile on-boarding (piss poor reason btw) and financial considerations. Which kind of tells me that the S-1 is not going to go their way.
And if the S-1 does not, then MyFlix is a dead fish which is possible b/c of how long they have sat on it doing nothing. It does NOT take years to onboard movies lol they just don't either have the manpower, equipment, or knowledge on what they are doing.
Either way, this year will more than likely repeat last year in that nothing happens that will affect the pps. Especially if their Form 10 is not submitted in January without last 3rd qtr being audited. Without that, everything else will fail to mature.
