Was out of the loop the last 10 days off skiing in the mountains. Had a lot of catching up to do but it appears not much has changed.
My take on this:
Naz ready = fully reporting, audited, lacks going concern, currently OTC.
NGIO S1 will remove the going concern but as we know can take 12-16 weeks.
What does not correlate is S1 almost ready, not filed yet, and straight to Naz.
If there is something I’m missing or misinterpreting feel free to hit me with it.
