We do have a CEO and Board of Directors (mayor sharholders) which are very aware of what we got here. And they acting ever since, to make sure we get maximum Value, and not selling out to cheaply.
Thats the reason it took as a bit longer to have that deal. Because we just rejected any lowball offers,
So mgmt going for maximum interest of the shareholder (because they and the BOD are mayor shareholder themselves). Its not so common anymore nowadays, so good thing to take into account.
Btw. most people here who are deep into CYDY, are not very keen of a Buyout, and would prefer to go at least with cancer alone. Because we see the potential, and I include myself, this to become a 100$+ stock longterm.
I could live with a 30$ Buyout if it would happen within months.
