Some are still waiting on Iraqi currency to reval.
Some may have bought currency, setup a bank account in Iraq then Fedex it to their accounts. I wouldn't even think of that out of fear of the Iraq Bank manager ripping some off or possible maintenance charges over what ever time/years to wait for any revaluation.
* During that time frame shipping wasn't checked as close....back to computer systems designing.....later
