I took from what he said that he is no longer in talks with Gilead and he threw the deal in Gileads face, as it should of been. They had a lot of opportunity to help out, deal or something else, but were too proud of their toxic drugs to give it a second look. That article about Gilead being eaten by the other companies may come to fruition. That's how I heard it though.
