I personally don't believe currency should cross border's other than digitally.
If there wasn't the ability to laundry money. Many nefarious acts and actions would stop.
The only way to address this is to remove the FED dollar paperback's from world circulation as well as other paper from circulating in the same way.
Seems like Iran digital funding is pretty much shut down...they are surviving on paper or traded services. They are about as isolated as you can make them. Taking down the oil exports, refining capabilities and power plants would be the biggest and fastest way to see change ...imho.
