Lets keep this realistic about the possibility of Ken Frazier retiring soon, he just turned 65 in December and I don't think Merk changed their internal policy raising the retirement age to 70 just to keep Frazier on for a couple more months. Do we have a good possibility of a joint venture with Merk down the road, yes, after we are current and the SAFE Banking act is signed, IMO. When he retires he very well may be added to our BOD, but first he has to retire.
