Most of the longs I know expect to be shareholders when IPIX uplists to NASDAQ. Having said that, after looking at the requirements, we should IMHO be able to attain this goal with the signing of a good deal for the company by LW. Here are the requirements:
To be listed on the NASDAQ exchange and reporting system, the following requirements:
Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000.
At least 100,000 shares of public float.
A minimum of 300+ shareholders.
Total assets of $4,000,000.
At least two market makers.
$3 minimum bid price of the company stock.
