With the somewhat quiet way the AltuCell deal closure was presented on Friday, can we be sure that the deal is actually closed? Anyone have confirmation from Joe or Todd yet?

Hopefully I'm wrong, but I would not be surprised if they had that article ready to go for other reasons, and it was an oversight when it was released that the closure statement was in there...
