I thought the company already proved that the processor worked in 2013? Why would that suddenly be the issue? Shouldn’t the company just be able to start up the machine and run? We have the White Paper, we have ACC report, we have the DEC approvals, company made thousands of gallons of fuel. Why talk about proving anything?
