BTD will speed up enrollment IF it’s granted. The best way to get BTD is to prove definitively that leronlimab looks promising for mTNBC. I’m not NP, so I don’t know what the FDA wants or what would be best, but he started buy staying that he believed 4-5 patients would be sufficient. With NP’s MIL, and the two enrolled this last week, there should be information on 4 patients in mid-Feb. I believe CYDY should file then, after a few CTCs are completed on the 2 new patients. Also remember that NP said in an email that he’s requesting CTCs been drawn on his MIL as well.
