TechGuru , CTC test is extremely important...
But many talk on the board about CTC test, and not much about the most important findings what may happen to cancer patients..
--shrinking tumors.
--no new lesions ..
--some lesions disappear
CTC test is extremely important because with most of our treatments those things with tumors are not happening so fast, so CTC will give us an idea what is going on...before changing in tumors .
also it might show in CTC as first thing if any worsening of patient condition , before any new lesions will appear , when we following patients ..
But here those physical changes of patients tumors are so important !!!
They normally don't happen as fast as they did here , 3 weeks on treatment , this is why I think Dr NP is so excited giving us sizes of tumors.
