I may add that conversations probably started before Oct with Locust Walk. However, once LW take over the heavy lifting of negotiations, Dr B CMO was retained for Oct-Dec for a bridge to any more new interested parties for BOM and any other drug and data related questions LW may have had.
If they started in Oct, the CMO should stay around for 2-3 months to make sure LW has all the necessary info they need during a transition period.
