I agree it is of all net sales.....not just CYDY portion. But I believe it is 10.5%.....ohm notes a couple days ago that they dropped the 2% of the other party who was previously listed in the royalty out. Not sure if this was an error in the filing or not, but my assumption is we owe “up to 10.5% of all net sales” when all is said and done.
