It has been a while since I looked at percent, not sure on the 8.5. Fine had a good write-up on it, but of course she deleted everything. Anyway, though, that percentage I would expect required on all sales, including any future licensing deals. You would think these companies getting a percent of sales would have incentive to help out Cydy speed things along, maybe with funding, but alas no.
