Remember Henry had to go to Luxembourg to get
get acquainted with LUX GOX officials
and sign off on a bunch of docs for PHIL to be
qualified for LUX FUNDS.

Now the PARTNER is basically just doing the same.

And they sure wouldn't waste a trip to go all the
way to Luxembourg unless they ALREADY KNEW
they had everything they needed to GET QUALIFIED
for LUX FUNDS.

Its basically just a formality trip to get to know the
LUX regulators and Auditors and sign off on docs since
your going to be in business together for a LONG TIME !
