• Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various company agreements including non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, employment agreements, operating agreements and master service agreements.
Not sure if they just want someone along with Brendan Rae, or one of her other jobs was SEC document filings and such so CFO help for Mr. Eastwood.
Either way, something is brewing because flailing companies don't generally add staff. I take it as a good sign.
