This comment of product available from Samsung is 4 months I believe is a little misleading as it was discussed in the context of sales. If my recollection is correct NP previously stated that clinical grade product will be available in April with commercial grade product available by the end of the year. He stated that the combo launch would be sourced from the current Mfg and not Samsung.
These “accurate” but unqualified statements (clinical product is available but commercial is not) are annoying.

I would prefer that the situation is that commercial grade product is avail from Samsung in 4 months but if that is the case, I missed the communication that moved that date up.

Clean and clear communications are key at this time.
