Unfortunately, I did not read in that everything would still be completed on time for sure. I got the vibe that Henry hopes and prays it is, but I am not for sure. If the two top groups of local partners that you would assume they have been vetting for months (or should have been at least) fail to come through, is there any reason to give the third group above a 33 percent chance of quick success? I can’t understand that if the Vietnam government is involved and potentially recommending local partners that there would be such delays. What are we missing? GO PHIL!!!!
