ELTZ got the SEC hammer today (10 day suspension) then off to the gray sheets. Just goes as a reminder to traders/investors that if your favorite ticker is an SEC registrant and delinquent with financial statements by at least a year, it might be a good idea to exit or proceed with caution with those securities.
