Lorbas, seems to me if combo is approved, mono will be a given since the trial will be patients who decide on their on to go mono. I bet NP want bother getting Mono trial because of funding, wait till we have revenue at minimum. I would focus on the bigger prize of Cancer, Nash etc since we already got Combo in about 4 months I am guessing.
