Can someone explain this phase 2/3 investigative mono trial with 565 patients to me? Is data from this trial going to be used to file for a mono therapy BLA after 48 weeks is complete?

For some reason I was under the impression that the phase 3 mono trial hadn’t started, but I was AWOL from CYDY from early 2016 until late 2018, so I may have missed something.
