They could have spared a lot of the confusion by simply saying that a dividend would be paid upon completion of FINRA review process. Geez, for all the "talented" people on board, why do they have such a hard time dotting i's and crossing the t's? Also, what more do they want to see?

Perhaps the anticipation of an unknown date would have been more beneficial for the PPS.
