We are all wondering the same thing.
In the month of December they added 2,106,477 shares from conversions to the issued but yet in December there were 7,136,113 shares traded and in January so far 3,202,210 shares have traded. That equals 10,338,323 shares traded off the 2,106,477 shares added.
The reported float without taking into consideration of the 6 million shares owned by Wayne is 25 million so almost half the entire float has traded in December and to date in January. If you deduct the 6 million shares Wayne owns then the float is 19 million meaning December and January's to date trading is more than half the float.
Don't have an answer except to present the numbers.
