Absolutely agree Doc. I'm hoping that the SEC will hurry up and finish the registration process for the S1, but unfortunately, I've never seen a bureaucrat in a hurry for anything.

Did you get my email reply from last week (only 2 months old or so...ughhh)? I still go by the "2X factor minimum" when dealing with attorneys (and bureaucrats)! LOL.
