Generex probably doesn’t have any option but to use shares. Someday revenue will help support activities as well as other financing. In the meantime, whatever shares are used need to come with an ironclad agreement not to sell.It needs to be clear cut with the ramifications for selling are. I’ll bet the current agreements don’t spell it out and will be dragging out any resolution for years.
